Petsmart, originally operating in a B2B capacity, sought to expand into the consumer market with a full B2C setup. The objective was to make their pet care products and services more accessible to everyday customers while maintaining their trusted B2B partnerships.

Our team delivered a complete digital transformation: we developed a responsive website, created a Shopify-based eCommerce store, and managed their social media presence to boost brand awareness.
